Our company is doing everything possible to ensure customer satisfaction market.
If the customer wishes to change the product, he must inform us within 5 days after receiving it. Next step is to send the product back to us (with our courier service). At this point the customer receives a voucher from us. Afterwards, we will verify the condition of the product and if everything is fine, the customer may proceed with ordering the product with which he wants to exchange. The cost for the courier service is up to the customer.
If the customer wishes to change the product, he must inform us 48 hours after receiving it. The product return should take place within 3 working days. The product return cost is 4 € (with our cooperating postal service) and is being held from the return amount. The amount will be transfer to the customer’s bank account within 7 days. Our cooperating bank is ALPHA BANK and the customer will be charged with any extra costs in case he uses another bank service. The customer should send us via email the IBAN number and the relevant information of the account along with the order number.
